Local Gameplay & Progression Data: Your level completions (Levels 1–700), star ratings (1–3 Stars), personal best completion times, in-game coin balance, custom gamer tag, and unlocked ball skins or maze themes are stored locally on your device via HTML5 LocalStorage.
Motion & Gyroscope Sensor Data: On supported mobile and tablet devices, Gravity Maze accesses accelerometer and gyroscope tilt hardware to calculate real-time board physics. Sensor data is processed entirely in memory on your device and is never recorded, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
In-App Purchases (IAP): Transactions on Android are processed directly through Google Play Billing. We never store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking information.
Device Diagnostics & Performance: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic metrics (e.g., WebGL graphics capabilities, frame rate telemetry, operating system version) may be processed to optimize 60 FPS rendering.
2. Advertising & Monetization
Gravity Maze provides voluntary advertising options to support free gameplay for all users:
Google H5 Games Ads & AdSense (Web / Desktop): We utilize Google AdSense for Games (H5 Games Ads / adBreak API) to provide opt-in Rewarded Video Ads and smart level transition interstitials.
Google AdMob (Android App): Mobile versions utilize Google AdMob for rewarded ads, non-intrusive bottom banners, and smart interstitials.
Voluntary Rewarded Ads: Watching video ads is 100% voluntary (e.g., to claim +1 Free Hint, skip a difficult maze, or earn a 2x Victory Coin multiplier).
Ad-Free Pass: Players who purchase the permanent Ad-Free Pass have all interstitial and banner ads permanently removed.
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Security

Serverless Architecture: All gameplay progress is stored locally in client-side storage, ensuring $0 third-party server exposure.
HTTPS Encryption: All web assets and external communication (e.g. Google AdSense, Cloudflare) operate over secure HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
Save Backup & Portability: Players can export and import their encrypted save JSON file at any time via the in-game Settings menu.
5. Your Rights & Data Controls (GDPR & CCPA)
Under global privacy regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain full rights over your data:
Reset / Erase Data: You can completely erase all local game data, scores, and unlockables at any time by clicking "Reset Save" in the Settings menu or clearing your browser cache.
